Collection: Carli Boisjolie

b. Canada, 1991
Carli Boisjolie is a Canadian-born artist currently living in Beirut. Her art practice explores themes of identity in relation to place, using ceramics, letterpress printing, drawing, and the artist book form. She is currently interested in making functional ceramics that can represent the places where they are made,  understanding how the specific location influences and transforms the outcome of each piece. She graduated from Emily Carr University of Art & Design with a BFA in 2014, and began creating ceramics in 2016. Her works have been exhibited in Canada, the United States, Lebanon, and Japan.
