Mohamad Kraytem

B. 1991, Lebanon

Mohamad Kraytem is a Beirut-based cartoonist who has been drawing since the age of 5. He studied illustration and comics at the Académie libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) where he teaches Fashion Drawing and Illustrated Advertising. He published his first book "In Retrospect" with Tosh Fesh in 2018, and his second book "ليلة الثلاثاء" with Nool Books in 2022. He most recently drew the comic book "Escape Ghosn", written by Michèle Standjofski, published with Éditions Samir in 2023.

He is currently publishing in Lebanon, France, and Denmark.
